KAMENSKÝ - stavby a konstrukce s.r.o.

1. Kamenský – Stavby a Konstrukce, s.r.o., based in Vrbno pod Pradědem, Minchov 236, 793 26, Company ID: 61972584, registered at the Regional Court in Ostrava, Section C, Insert 63794, processes the following personal data within the request in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation; hereinafter referred to as the ‘Regulation’):

• Name, surname, degree 
• Email address
• Telephone number
• Address/registered office

2. The name, surname, address, registered office, telephone number and email address must be processed for order processing and other contract performance if such a contract is concluded between you and Kamenský – Stavby a Konstrukce, s.r.o. Such processing of personal data is allowed under Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation – processing necessary to fulfil the contract. Kamenský – Stavby a Konstrukce, s.r.o. also processes these data for the purpose of recording the contract and possible future application and defending of the rights and obligations of the contracting parties. Retention and processing of personal data for the above-mentioned purpose is for a period of 10 years from realizing the last part of performance under the contract, unless another regulation requires retention of contractual documentation for a longer period. Such processing is possible under Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation – processing necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the controller.

3. If a contract between you and Kamenský – Stavby a Konstrukce, s.r.o. is not concluded, Polychroma s.r.o. will process your name, email address, telephone number and address/registered office for the purpose of administering your user account. Such processing is possible on the basis of your consent and is permitted by Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation. These personal data will be processed by Polychroma s.r.o. for the duration of your active use of the account, but at least for 3 years after the account is opened.

4. News and other commercial communications will be sent to the registered user and the buyer to the email address; this procedure is allowed by Article 7(3) of Act No 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, unless the registered user/buyer rejects it. You can unsubscribe at any time in any way – for example, by sending an email or clicking on a link in commercial communications.

5. The processing of personal data is carried out by Kamenský – Stavby a Konstrukce, s.r.o., i.e., the controller of personal data.

6. Please note that you have the following rights under the Regulation:

• to cancel the sending of business communications at any time;
• to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of registration at any time, but this may result in the cancellation of your user account;
• to object to the processing based on the legitimate interest of the controller;
• to request information on the processing of your personal data we process;
• to request access to these data and have them updated or rectified or to require processing restrictions;
• to request the erasure of your personal data, we will delete it if it is not in breach of applicable regulations or legitimate interests of the Company;
• to data portability and the right to request a copy of your personal data processed;
• to effective judicial protection if you think that your rights under the Regulation have been violated as a result of processing your personal data in violation of this Regulation;
• to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.
